At Downtown Bethel we believe that everyone has within themselves God-given gifts, talents and dreams. Our desire is to Encourage, Empower and Equip individuals in order to see their dreams become realities, their talents utilized, and their gifts displayed. The purpose of the five-fold ministry is to build up, or equip, the saints for the work of ministry. For this reason, our highest value will be upon models of ministry that are reproducible in public. This will serve the saints well in ministry in the public arena. We will give away what we have learned. Knowing that all we have is because of His grace, we will release ministry through prophecy, laying on of hands, teaching and training.
